Gottfried Reznicek, Liselotte Krenn, Pharmakognosie, 0.5 + 1 ECTS; pers. Anmeldung, Wahl-LV, n.Ü, Block-LV.
Theoretischer Teil: Vorkommen, Formen, Anwendung und Wirkung der wichtigsten pflanzlichen, halbsynthetischen und synthetischen Rausch- und Suchtmittel; Grundlagen für ihre Identifizierung und analytische Erfassung.
Praktischer Teil (Durchführung meist in drei 10-er Gruppen): Identifizierungen von Rauschdrogen (z.B. durch Mikroskopie, Dünnschicht-Chromatographie DC, Schnelltest); Nachweis der wirksamen Substanzen in Drogenmaterial und Körperflüssigkeiten (Plasma, Urin) mittels aller modernen Standardanalysenverfahren wie Immunotests, Infrarotspektroskopie, Kopplung Gaschromatographie-Massenspektrometrie (GC-MS) oder Kopplung Hochleistungsflüssig-Chromatographie-Massenspektrometrie (HPLC-MS).
